Located in Victoria Point, HS Fitness & Personal Training began in 2013 to help YOU reach your goals. Incorporating one-on-one, group training and bootcamp sessions we can help you to achieve with constant encouragement and good planning.  No matter what fitness level you are at - if you have a goal we are here to help you achieve it -  YES YOU CAN!! 

            PERSONAL TRAINING

 

We can personalise your fitness training sessions around YOU and your lifestyle.

 

Our training venue is at Jetts Victoria Point, though you don't need to be a member of Jetts to train with us.  We also have mobile training facilities to come to you - whether you would prefer to train in your own home or outdoors in a local park, we can tailor a program to suit your needs.  And remember - YOUR FIRST SESSION IS FREE!

 

We can help you with weight loss, muscle building, increasing fitness and general health & well-being.

 

 

            GROUP TRAINING

 

We offer a discount for group training (2 people per session) and also run a bootcamp at 7am every Saturday morning at Point O'Halloran.

 

To join our group training sessions please contact for bookings.

 

Come and join in for fitness in a fun group setting on the shores of the bay.

 

Bootcamp prices:  $15 per person or 2 people for $20

                     

          PUNCHFIT TRAINING

 

Add some diversity to your training with some boxing and kickboxing!

 

Hayley has been trained and qualified as a punchfit instructor and can offer special training sessions to her clients.

 

Boxing is a high intensity full-body workout which accelorates fat burning and is a great all-round cardio workout - AND IT'S FUN!

 

Boxing can be adapted to all levels of fitness and is a great way to diversify your training.
